Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase from SJ Clothing please return it to us within 28 days of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds

Once your return is received we will inspect it and we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Assuming that your purchase is unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging, we will then process your refund by crediting the price (including packaging and delivery charges) to the card you used to pay for the item.

It may take some time for the refund to be applied to your account by your bank or credit card company. If your bank or credit card company have not confirmed that the refund has been received after 21 days of the date of our email mentioned above, please contact us with your name, address and item returned by email to sjclothing2021@gmail.com and we will look into the refund from our end and report to you. If you have not heard from your bank or credit card company that the refund has been made, please contact them to check before contacting us.

To return your purchase, please send it to SJ Clothing - 141 Derwent Road, Thatcham, Berkshire RG19 3UP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.
